Willoughby Montessori Dayschool
was established on September 1, 1978. We first started as a preschool/kindergarten and quickly went on to become a dayschool, to include toddler and infant age children. Then later, we added a summer school age program.
As a school, we are committed to our parents, our children and ourselves as educators. We follow the American Montessori Society Code of Ethics, and we commit "ourselves professionally and personally in ways that will reflect our respect for each other and for the children we serve. At Willoughby Montessori Dayschool we apply Maria Montessori's theory of education to the preschool and dayschool setting.
